About

I began my training in counselling and psychotherapy at Cork Institute of Technology in 2009 graduating with a B.A. (Hons) degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy in 2013. Since completing my core training, I completed a Certificate in Addiction Studies, a HSE programme run out of Arbour House, Cork in 2014. I obtained an MSc in Loss and Bereavement from the Royal College of Surgeons in 2022. I have also engaged in several shorter trainings and workshops related to counselling and psychotherapy work.

I have a particular interest in pregnancy, infertility and infant loss work and have undertaken training and research in this area.

I am an accredited member of The Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, and I work in accordance to their Code of Ethics. I am a member (and currently vice president) of the Irish Fertility Counsellors Association.

Counselling sessions generally take place weekly, and sessions last for 50 minutes. Together we can arrange a time that is convenient to meet at each week, and we would meet at this time as far as possible. I offer a mixture of online and in person counselling slots.

My fee per session is €60 for individuals and €80 for couples.

My fee per session for fertility implications counselling (to include follow up letter as required) is €80.
